We had a bad experience on Sun, 7/5 and wrote to the Westwood, MA location on Mon, 7/6 thru the Westwood, MA portal and never heard back. Perhaps I’m reading between the lines, but no response tells me that business is awesome and apparently, it’s ok to blow off a customer(s) that have supported your restaurant(s) since your arrival to Westwood and other areas. Not very nice, my circle of friends, family, business associates, and my customers have supported your establishments in multiple cities for years, and no response is not a good look. Probably best to put this out on yelp for all to see.

I've been a very long patron of ACFP and even though they have changed the quality of their cheese and the dough I still go for the wings. The dough and cheese are not good, btw. Today, however, may be the last time I go there because I got disgusted. A couple was allowed to sit inside the dining area with a very large dog at the Miramar location in Florida. There's a very comfortable outside sitting area so I don't understand why anyone would be allowed to sit indoors with any type of pet. This is a huge hygiene and inconsiderate issue because some people are afraid of dogs, some are allergic to dogs, some just so happen to be very clean people and don't appreciate having animals in the same enclosed area where they are sitting to have a meal. In addition, some don't appreciate servers petting these animals while taking orders and touching other people's food. This is what happened with the couple's server. He petted the dog and then proceeded to take their order. Please advise your staff to sit people with their animals outside, not inside and please, please tell them not to touch these animals because it's unsanitary.

We always patronize Anthonys in Commack, Long Ilsand. Discriminatory acts. They are biased. Specifically there is a short, stocky waitress that services the front tables in the restaurant and if she decides she doesn't like you, you can no longer sit at open tables in the front part of the restaurant. The manager on duty tonight(4/2) backed her up by saying they take reservations. Very disappointing in this day and age that customers would be treated in this manner and management would condone it. As a corporate consultant I could never treat my clients in this manner. To allow such waitstaff to represent Anthonys is incredible. I expected better.

What has happened to the location in North Miami Beach? They once had a loyal customer base in that area and now the store is empty during peak periods. I know why, the service is horrible, the atmosphere is depressing and the food quality has deteriorated. Even Uber Eats orders are a disaster. My family and friends have given up on this location. Rumor has it that they may close this location and cut their losses.

I had the worst experience at the location at 512, North Pine Island Rd Plantation FL. The waitress (Brittany) was extremely rude and refused to place my order. I was advised by Brittany upon arriving to give her a minute and after standing unattended there for over 15 mins waiting, when asked, Brittany got extremely upset started yelling and told another employee ( the guy baking the pizzas) to handle him. Keep in mind, there were only two customers in the store at the time. Brittany’s behavior and/or performance should be reviewed. Please note my order was for a party over 40 pies, (MLK day), but on a separate note, we did Papa John. Thanks Brittany for allowing us the option to choose , we enjoyed your competitor who was extremely pleasant.
